90s Norton Maxi Dress

Amazing vintage dead stock NWT 90s grunge whimsigoth dress. Perfect with boots and a sweater for fall Featuring a washable polyester fabric for easy care. Unfortunately this just didn’t fit me the way I was hoping it would Labeled as a “Petite Small” but would fit a standard small or medium 15" slits on the sides. Shoulder to hem approximately 49", 20" armpit to armpit. Also has a tie on the back to make it more form fitting.
