90s‎ Liz Claiborne Velvet Dress

This lovely Dress is made of a rayon and Silk blend and in good condition! When I got it, the fabric was torn at the front of each armpit about half an inch. The mend is visible but due to the Velvet texture not terribly so. This Velvet appears different colors in different lighting. When I shine a bright light on it, it appears a deep Burgundy brown. Tagged a 4 and true to size but my small A cups do not fill out the bust enough.
