90s Jessica McClintock cap sleeve glittery midnight blue cocktail dress

Elegant glittering midnight blue 1990s Jessica McClintock dress with 1930s style. Purchased in Seattle in the 90s and only worn twice. Has been stored in my closet since then. Very stretchy material with elegant and flattering mermaid / fishtail skirt that hangs longer in the back. For context on size, when I wore this, it hit my ankles and I was 5’6” and around 115lbs. In excellent condition except for some discoloration under one armpit (see photo). From non-smoking, pet-free, perfume-free home.
