90s JUMP Apparel Black Babydoll Formal Dress with Lace Top

Such a gorgeous and sweet, yet whimysgoth vibe dress. Absolutely love it. The black lace overlay on the top and a satin skirt with a layer of tulle underneath that peaks out at the bottom gives 90s prom vibes and I’m here for it. Comes with a belt to add some accentuation to the waist if wanted. One small rip towards the bottom of zipper. Front belt loop is very loose, thread is thinning. Otherwise in good used condition.
