In VGUC, this is a 7" x 10" full-view lens w/folding legs & an adjustable cord for over-the-neck use by UltraOptix, Inc. Model #SV-P.
Lens looks great, the only problem it has is w/the folding legs. It opens up fine & stays open/standing, but when you want to close/fold the legs down, they do not stay in place, so to get it in the box is the only struggle, but is doable. Cord is very easy to use & is perfectly functional.
This was one of UltraOptix's "SuprVision" magnifiers, and based on the trademark info, it likely dates to the 1980s or 1990s. Their former website now redirects to Carson Optical, Inc. The farthest back I could go using the Wayback Machine was 2000, and I could see SuprVision magnifiers, but not this particular one, which I why it is likely from the 90s or earlier as the SuprVision TM expired in 2004.
