90s Floral Velvet Party Dress

This ultra cool black chiffon and velvet dress is perfect for dancing the night away. The handkerchief hem spins with you and the sheer necklines some sexy flair! Please note some pulls/tearing around the seams in the front and back (last two photos). I think these would be easy repairs as only the sheer overlayer is damaged, not the underskirt.
