90s Denim Wrap Skirt

This skirt is in great condition except for where you can see a snag on the back. I suspect at one point the wearer sat on or brushed up against something the the Denim got snagged on. Shown here on a 6 but I feel best for an 8, 10, or 12. On my 27 inch waist the wrap overlapped too much.
