So pretty and easy to wear. True 90s vintage skater dress. Small tear under the arm as pictured. Sheer lace sleeves with solid beige lining in the rest of the dress. One of my all time favorites so I will only let it go for my asking price. tag says Made in NYC, USA by French designer tag says small.
