90s Cache Jacket/Dress 12

I’ve never seen a piece from Cache like this, black jacket/over dress jacket, sheer puff sleeves, a matching scarf, and a shiny button. Size 12, light wear a couple of tiny snags, but no major flaws. Very Fran Fine in the nanny or Samantha Jones from SATC. Pit to pit: 19.5” Length: 33”
