90s Black Velour Kitten Heels

These little heels are in good condition but the insoles have come loose so I will glue them back down. Vintage shoes can be tricky but these are not showing amy signs of dry rot. Tagged a 6.5 which is too small for my size 9 feet to judge. Total length heel to toe measured on the sole 9.75 inches Heel is 2 inches Follow me and visit my shop for tons of vintage and Y2K!
