90s Beaded Tropical Fish Tee‎

This super rad 1992 tee from 90s high end brand IB Diffusion is in excellent structural condition! The only flaws are some tiny spots it got in storage and I no longer have a dry cleaner in my town and do not want to attempt cleaning.
