90’s American vintage sheer mesh maxi dress with a turtleneck and a ruffled trim. It’s a sheer red black mesh rose/floral design. Made in the USA tagged a size large. Best fits a M/L. It has a couple small repair on the front left otherwise it’s in great condition. Shoulder to shoulder: 14” Pit to pit: 16”-16.5” Sleeve length: 5.5” Length: 51.5”
