90s American Outpost Ribbed Blue Tank

This tank says hi I’m an Olsen Twin in a movie about moving to Cali and I’m wearing large wedge foam bedazzled flip flops. So it’s a size large and is a ribbed material. It’s light blue as you can see and is a bit of a more heavy material. It does hit me, at 5’1 right at the c section scar so you tell me. Great with high waisted short or denim mini skirt.
