I got this bag years ago as a gift and it left my house maybe once, if that. It is 100% authentic Juicy Couture and in perfect condition- it's only flaw is that I took the tags off when I first got it. There are no scuffs, scratches, spills, stains, wear and tear on the handles, etc. This purse wasn't used. As you can see in the picture, the protective plastic was never removed from the mirror attachment. I have come across larger versions of this bag but none of my own, so it seems to be rare.
