9 West Vintage 80’s Women's Lucretia Black Boots with Burgundy Accents Size 8.5M

I wore these preloved vintage boots when I was in junior high school. I'm now 51 and my style has changed a bit since then, as has my shoe size (my post-puberty shoe size is 10.5). When I left for college, I left the boots behind and they were only recently re-discovered. They’re in very good condition overall but the left heel tip needs to be replaced (see last photo).
