80’s Home Made Light Blue Embroidered House Dress

Such a pretty dress that can be dressed up or down. Brocade-like fabric has a lovely sheen, light blue with a scroll print, short sleeves with floral embroidery, also at hem. Hidden back zip. Have removable shoulder pads. No flaws, minimal signs of wear. These were home made in the 80’s by someone who LOVED this design, I have probably 10-15 more to list in different patterns!
