80s/90s Vintage NWT California On the Rocks Black Floral Sleeveless Dress

This dress was purchased in the late 80s early 90s, still has the tag! Never worn, only tried on. Stored hanging in plastic in a smoke free pet friendly home. The size is 11 or 14, I can’t read it, but it fits like a 10/12. Take a look at the pictures for measurements and let me know if you need any other information.
