1980s Vintage TopNotch Floral Oversized Casual Spring Flower Bright Colorful Top. This pink, blue, yellow, black, with green flowy piece has a couple buttons at the center front(shown in photos) that are hidden. This top can be layered over a dress or skirt, or have a cute vest layered over the top of it. • Brand: TopNotch Made in the USA, 100% Polyester Condition: Overall in good vintage pre-loved condition • Size: Tag is difficult to read, it's very faded. I believe this piece is labeled a size "16". Could fit anywhere from a size x-small - x-large in my own personal opinion depending upon desired fit.
