80’s Vintage Hawaiian Tropical Skirt

Has 2 buttons for closure around waist, making the width of waist lying flat either 12” or 13” depending on which button is used. Separate piece of fabric lies over waist area and ties in back. Length from waist to hem is 27.5”. Excellent condition. Smoke free home. No brand or size listed - tag is from a vintage reseller boutique. Please refer to measurements for sizing.
