Vintage E.D. Michaels by Melanie Drucker polka dot dress with backless / open back that has adjustable straps and swing dress (skater style skirt bottom). Dress is vintage and sizes at that time were double numbers such as this one 13/14. Be sure to use measurements for fit as vintage sizes tend to run small compared to sizes of now.
