Vintage 80s Silk Floral Dress w/ Polka Dot Print Trim - Made in Hong Kong - To my eye this is purple, but some may see blue. Like dark periwinkle. silk - thin smooth - not stretchy - dry clean. Sleeves are approx 17" long with elastic in ends. Buttons at back neck. No size - owner was M. 19" underarm to underarm with material flat. 38" bust. 20-32" smocked stretch waist, free hips, 16.5" shoulders, 18" bodice, 50" long. Flaw: faint tan stain on one shoulder, some faint stain on collar.
