Preowned, vintage Norma Kamali belted shirt dress, likely made in the 1980s. Made from a shimmery graphite or gunmetal fabric, it fastens with snaps and comes with a wide sash belt. Unlined, it has removable shoulder pads and features slash pockets at each hip. The fit and flare silhouette is so flattering - and the shimmery gunmetal fabric looks amazing, day or night!
