Naughty & nice high waisted mini. Waistband cinches with elasticized sides for a contoured fit. Waist will stretch 1”- 1.5” more. Belt loops attached to waist. Ruffle burn out fabric has some shimmer. Velvet needs lint rolling. Velvet has slight wear, but overall in good vintage condition.
