80's Gold Accented Circled Belt w/Adjstble/Stretch Black Lining w/Clasp 21"

80's excellent pre-owned condition belt. Shiny gold round pieces that stack, they have a ridged texture, and theres a cloth black lining between the gold pieces and the elastic part. It's 21" long, and will stretch to almost twice that and bounce right back. Its vintage, but like new. Made strong!
