80s Girls‎ Leotard Circus(?) Theme

This awesome blue dance costume is in very good condition! Would be a great pageant costume. This was worn and loved and then stored for many years. It could use airing out but does not smell bad. May not be perfect due to age but I am certainly pleased with its condition. Best fit a girls 8, as verified on my own 8 year old. If you need measurements please ask, but of course the spandex is stretchy. Absolutely children's sizing, not adult sized. Extra spandex strips.included to be pinned on like streamers. I've also included a pair of Tights, and their elastic seems okay to me, but I cant make any guarantees there because vintage tights can be tricky.
