80s Does 40s‎ Striped High Waist Shorts

These acetate and rayon shorts are in very good condition. I need to stitch one belt loop back on the the best shows some wear simply because it has a plastic back showing it's age. The color could be considered brown or red in my opinion. Tagged a medium and shown here on a small.
