If you want something this well made anymore, prepare to make it yourself... In pure "new" shadow stripe gray wool, this is the Tahari flagship Power Woman Suit. I say "new" because it's Vintage 80s. And it's in perfect shape. Boss Shoulder Pads. Own them, let them nip in your waist. Jacket is single button close, matching (but smaller) buttons at the wrists. Extra buttons attached to the full lining. Unvented. Flap covered, insert pockets are real, but - really - NEVER use the pockets because it ruins the shape of the jacket. They're still sewn shut, as they should be. And, yes, the flap is matched with the fabric pattern. Skirt - *shivver* this is the skirt you always want. DEEP SLASH POCKETS. AND THEY MATCHED THE PATTERN IN THE FABRIC (along the slash)!!!!! Don't get me started about the exquisite seam binding, fully lined, of course. Single PLEATS in front, DOUBLE DARTS in back. 2" waistband hooks in front, then wraps around and buttons (matching button, of course) in back. BOSS 9" vent in back lets you walk fast.
