Items priced at $13 are non-negotiable singularly with price. Multiple items $8 each If you bundle two $13 items and offer $16, I will accept …if you bundle three $13 items and offer $24, I will accept. I can offer a discount on these low priced items when bundled, but singular I do not discount.
