FAR better looking jean than Kimes Ranch Jolene or Lolo Soho. 78% Cotton 21% Polyester 1% Elastane Actual measurements, Waist is 24" unstretched. Without much effort they will stretch to 26". 25" would be the sweet spot. Length, as usual in Levi's, is shorter than the label. This measurement is 28 1/4". These are my wife's jeans and are from our pet and smoke free home.
