True vintage 1970s velveteen tailored pencil skirt with lovely floral print. Instead of darts in the front, there are little gathers. There’s a slit on each side seam. The mannequin has 26” waist and 36” hips. The skirt is a bit large on her. Please look carefully at the measurements below. Waist flat measure 14 1/8” (total 28 1/4”) Full hip 19 1/2” (total 39”) For a pencil skirt to fit comfortably, your hips should be at least 2” smaller than the skirt’s hip measurement and your waist should be at least 1/2” smaller than the skirt’s waist measurement.
