70's style boho‎ skirt L new

From the guy I bought all my dresses from. It does not have tags but it is brand new purchased today. This is wild and fun! The skirt has a red acetate underlay with all the different patterns that you see.The waist measures 15 inches across without being stretched. so this will accommodate perhaps an extra large as well. the skirt is ankle length on me and I am 5 foot 6. It hits me above the ankle. love this one.
