Vintage dress, manufactured ca. 1970s by Perceptions by Irene B. Black and silver striped maxi dress with built-in cape/jacket, long sleeves, shimmering silver pin stripes, and lightweight fabric. Size 16. - Time Period: c. 1970s - Brand: Perceptions by Irene B - Size: 16 - Colors: Black, silver - Materials: 56% rayon, 44% acetate - Made in: USA - Condition: In good, vintage condition with a marking on the interior lining of the cape portion, on the silver ribbon (see photo with hand pointing) and minor loose threads throughout.
