70s Vintage Rose Prairie Maxi Dress with Puffed Sleeves and Lace Paneling

This dress is beautiful. Circa 1970s and sourced in San Francisco, it is a dusty rose maxi length handmade prairie dress. It has a slight puffed shoulder and long sleeves that have lace along the cuffs. There is also a front bust panel of lace that ties around in the back. The dress zips up the back. In good vintage condition - there is minor armpit fading and a snag under the lace panel in the front that’s not noticeable on. Measurements in photos in line with a medium.
