70s Vintage Fall Floral Flutter Bell Sleeve Blouse Small

Sweet vintage 70s blouse with fall floral print and wide flutter bell or butterfly sleeves with an elastic waist that creates a ruffle hem look. It's very light weight and semi sheer, so I recommend wearing a tank top under this. It has a Peter Pan style collar that buttons part way down the front. The sleeves are cut really wide and open almost to the elastic waist band (also another reason for the tank top). There is still plenty of stretch in the waist and the elastic works well, but I'm calling this a small due to length and that it looks better on a smaller frame. Measurements Shoulders: 18" Sleeves: 14" long with a 17" opening or "bell" Bust: Up to 34" (there is some flexibility here because of the openings in the sleeve, but it sort of shortens the length if you go up in bust size) Waist: 26-36" Length: 22"
