70s Plaid Board shorts Bathing suit Mens Unisex Brentwood stretches to 32"

Madras plaid 50% cotton 50% poly blend. Metal zipper and buttons work. Clean. ****The nylon inner part has no elastic in it, if I bought them I would probably cut that out. 13" rise 13.5 " across (27") waist Tag says 38. I don’t think so, not anymore.
