70s March Of Dimes Patch Order Of The Battered Boot I Walked 3" Embroidered VTG

I can remember doing this walk for the March of Dimes but I can't remember exactly when that was. LOL it was too long ago! Late 70s or early 80s. Never sewed the patch on. It's in good original state. 3" x 4" This is a vintage embroidered patch from the March of Dimes fundraising campaign.
