70s Burgundy Velvet Knickerbockers

Vintage 70s velvet Knickerbockers breeches in burgundy / maroon. So cool! By the brand Happy Legs (umm, adorable!?). I think these are low-rise to mid-rise - I can’t get them all the way on to confirm. Way too small on me (I’m a S/M 29” waist 5’5”). The cuffs were too tight on my calf even on the largest button too. Talon hook + Aero zipper front closure, button cuffs. 2 side pockets. No material tags, but this feels like a cotton velvet. No size tags, please check measurements. Fits like a Women’s size XXS/XS. Unisex. In good used condition w/no noticeable flaws - wash cold gently & separately + hang dry. This did bleed in the wash (tag has some dye transfer on it). P.S.
