diamondpunk @catsfurallover Hello! Yes, the hem of the top meets the top of the skirt. Looking at the style of the sleeves, it may rise up when you reach upwards. But it is not super cropped. ☺️

diamondpunk @catsfurallover I realize that I listed the measurement of the length of the top as 22” but I think that was an error. It’s actually more like 15” if that helps. Going to fix that mistake in the listing now.

diamondpunk @catsfurallover No worries! The waist measures 28” which is like a Medium, so I don’t think it would be too small. It may actually be a tiny bit bigger around the waist. I think a size 4 is like a 26” waist so it may be a couple inches loose. I hope that helps! I would gladly accept returns if it doesn’t fit or isn’t what you had in mind:) take your time.
