70s Boho Maxi Dress Italy Beach Resortwear Size 0

This very hip1970s green striped maxi empire waist dress is so different and cool. It has a string attached tie halter with little glass beads. It is made of a terrycloth type of material and is labeled Palmers and Made In Italy. It seems like an XS or XXS as it's marked 0, but please see measurements below. Bust 31/31.3/4" Waist 31 Hips 41" Length 61" based on the top of the rope. It can be adjusted to be made shorter In VG condition with some loose stitching that doesn't get in the way of how great it will look on.
