7 mankind stretchy skinny

So these marked 28 however I'm pretty much always a 26 and that's how they fit…these have a stamp on the inside as being "irregular" I could not find anything wrong with these besides may be the sizing? Not real familiar with this brand maybe they just run smaller? Beautiful metallic silver and gray on front. 31 inch inseam, 9 inch rise. These are new without tags's and stretchy.
