7" long Sterling silver charm bracelet with charms!

I found this at an estate and I thought it was so cool! The link bracelet is 7" long and stamped "sterling" on the C clasp. So, you can either remove the charms yourself and add some of your own, or keep the ones on there. There's a sterling silver "Happy Birthday" heart charm (which .75" wide by almost 1" long) / and a cross-anchor-heart charm that is also sterling. The scissors (that actually move!) and the capricornus Goat charm are not sterling but silver toned. Please inspect and enlarge the pictures to assess the condition of the item for yourself.
