Brand new lined mermaid theme dress with corset and adjustable straps. I’ve never worn this outside the house. I tried it on a few times, but it’s just too small for me. I wish I could wear it, it’s amazing! There’s a tiny spot in the front, I’m assuming it was there when I bought it. It’s not noticeable due to the busy pattern. I never noticed it until I took pictures. I’m assuming it can be removed, I’d recommend dry cleaning this dress. The tag does state to wash it before you wear it. Chest-approx 32 inches or a smidge over.
