This is a very stretchy skinny boot cut/little flare dark dark wash, and it was professionally hemmed with original hem for 30" inseam - ideally for flats. It's size 26, but feels at the waist closer to 25... its so stretchy it will still fit 26 fine, but a little too tight for me. This is out of stock... if it hadn't been out everywhere I'd probably have sized up.
