Made In USA, per tag. These are in good used shape. There's intentionally distressed and material lighting: pocket edges(front and back), legs and along seams and edges. There are also women made wear and tear that's seen on the bottom of both pant legs, mainly in the back and where bottom of pant legs dragged a bit when worn. Please see all pictures of distress and wear. Zipper and one button to open/close. Belt loops. I have no clue if these are men's or women's as the size is just stated as a 34 but I'm a women who wore them.
