7 Diamond Star Locket, 10k Gold, Circa 1890s **SALE**

This exquisite 10k Gold Locket is from the late Victorian era (circa 1890-1900) based upon the cut of the 7 diamonds set in hand etched stars. The center diamond is the largest and I've heard the term "rose cut" for the diamonds though I do not have certification. This piece belonged to my Grandmother who emigrated to the US from Russia so it is possibly crafted in Latvia. It carried my Grandfather's picture inside until I took these photos 2 days ago.
