The design features a V-cut vamp, signature blue heel loop, and flexible seamless construction. ** I washed these and they shrunk. So Rothy’s usually run small anyway, but these are extra small. I would say for a size 6 or even 5 1/2 foot. I’ve washed others and it’s never happened before like these ones shrunk. I have never worn them.
