jylee206@andreagrajedap I'm not sure. I've never had that issue myself. the leather is very soft, so the bag has a relaxed, natural look and feel. I have a leather snap that came with a triangle scarf from pervious purchase. I never used it, so I'd be happy to include it if you'd like. I never noticed any issue when using the bag, but I think securing both straps together with the snap would probably resolve it completely.
