Hallmark "American Landscape" Plush Black & White Holstein Cow on Wood Base

Designed by Valerie Pillow from the Hallmark American Landscape. This collector Holstein cow figure is black & white plush on a wooden base with metal wheels. Approximate - 8" long x 6" high. Has a pull rope & a red checkered band around the neck with a bell. In good used condition other than the black spots seem a bit faded, rust on the bell, & the paint has chipped off of the wheels in places.
