Handsome vintage alligator handbag in rectangle shape. It has gold tone metal frame with a clasp that slides in order to open. It has 8 1/2" curved handle. Inside was found a matching coin purse. No maker label. This would be from the '30s-'50s--the height of producing alligator products. Size: 10 x 5 1/2 x 2 Condition: good vintage. Note--the interior has darkened bands (see pics)--would that be typical as a piece ages? Note-the edges at the bottom sides is worn (see pics) Price: $45 #102156b
