This is an amazing costume! Halloween party costume contest winner and such a fun thing to wear. It’s from the Disney Villains line of costumes, and this is the Ursula “sea witch” character costume from the Little Mermaid movie. This is a one-piece dress with inflatable tentacles. The dress has a black strapless top, sequined bodice, and zips up in the back with a zipper, elastic stretchy back, and hook-and-eye closure. The skirt part underneath the tentacles is several layers of black material, some smooth and some sparkly. The dress has an inner battery pack which runs on 4 AA batteries to keep the tentacles inflated. It does have a faint humming sound to the fan. **The batteries will be removed for shipping and you will need to place your own batteries in this item!!** the battery pack fits into a tiny inner pocket and the access area to that closes with a Velcro flap. Easy to turn on and off. The costume includes a very thin lightweight lavender mesh long sleeve top. Designed to be worn underneath the dress. It is a very fragile top, some signs of wear underneath the arms, but still in good condition. The costume also includes a black choker necklace with a painted gold plastic shell. Also included is the undersea witch wig, a crazy black and white wig which goes well with the character. Costume itself is in excellent condition, I wore it twice. Only sign of wear is a little to the lavender shirt. Smoke-free home.
